Week 20 – Menus and shopping list

Start the week off with a slow roast pork that can be used for pulled pork sandwiches later in the week. Just add your favorite sauce and reheat. Serve on buns. Because we feature a soup every week we think you may have some left over in your freezer. That is on the menu for Thursday evening. We tried to keep the meals lighter this week after all of the holiday food.

SUNDAY
Brunch Quiche, toast w/ jam, orange juice
Dinner slow roast pork, potato gratin, salad, frozen vegetable

MONDAY
Breakfast Cereal hot or cold, orange juice
Lunch egg salad sandwich, carrot sticks
Dinner Bean Soup, crusty bread

TUESDAY
Breakfast Cereal hot or cold, orange juice
Lunch cold pork sandwich, fresh or canned fruit
Dinner chicken romaine wraps, fresh or canned fruit

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast cereal hot or cold, orange juice
Lunch bean soup, fruit
Dinner pulled pork sandwiches, salad

THURSDAY
Breakfast Breakfast sandwich, orange juice
Lunch  chicken wraps, carrots
Dinner soup (frozen left over), fresh or canned fruit

FRIDAY
Breakfast cereal hot or cold, orange juice
Lunch pulled pork sandwich, fresh or canned fruit
Dinner   spicy pasta (make a big bowl of popcorn and watch a movie)

SATURDAY
Brunch Breakfast hash, orange juice
Dinner bean soup and sandwich

SHOPPING LIST
